By commissioning me, you are accepting ALL of the Terms Of Service I have laid out. You ARE accountable for breaking TOS, even if you "didn't know".
TLDR:
This is an overview for people who are just browsing to get a quick look at my terms. If you only read this you are STILL agreeing to the FULL TOS.- While not required, I recommend switching contact to Discord once the slot has been confirmed.- Payment is done through PayPal, with %50 upfront and %50 to complete the commission.- You will receive your final files through a Google Drive link that will be deleted once the art is received.- You cannot refund a finished piece, you are allowed a %50 refund if requested at the sketch stage.- Expect a TOT of 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.- All art is for personal use, if you want commercial rights you must pay a fee after working it out with me.- I have the right to post your art on my account as commission examples or to add to my portfolio. If you want the art to be secret for a period, discuss it with me.- When posting the art to your own account, credit me in some way.- You cannot use my art for AI.
CONTACT
While we can maintain contact through where you have initially found me from once you have secured a slot, I highly recommend requesting my Discord as I check there daily and frequently. In the case of emergency I will be able to see a Discord message the quickest and most consistently.PAYMENT PROCESS
I accept payments through PayPal. This is due to legal risks. You must be able to accept invoices.I will take the payment in parts. In order to start the commission I will request %50 of the total quote. After the lineart is done, I will take the final %50 to do the coloring (and shading if applicable). Additional fees such as excess edits will be stapled onto the final %50 of the commission. You will receive the final files for your piece through a Google Drive link. I will delete the link after you get the art. If you would like an alternative I can usually send a Litterbox link.REFUNDS
I will not refund a fully finished piece because you don't like it. There is ample time to request edits and have things adjusted. However, if you would like a refund at the sketch stage I will give a %50 refund - keeping %50 as compensation for the effort I put in (this is %25 of what the full payment would be).TURN-OVER TIME
Expect about 1-2 weeks to receive your commission, depending on the complexity of the commission and if you've paid a rush fee. If someone in the commission period has paid a rush fee, your commission may take a bit longer so that I can focus on guaranteeing the art within the time limit - you will be alerted of this. I will inform of any reasons that the commission process may slow down. In the case of emergency, I will try to get out a public post that things may slow down if I can't get out personalized updates - if neither is possible, I apologize and you are allowed a %100 refund if you are left unsatisfied due to such an event.ART RIGHTS
While I am willing to take commercial use deals when I take a usual commission it is for PERSONAL USE. To get commercial rights to my art, you MUST talk to me personally and we can work out an appropriate fee. If you claim to have commercial rights WITHOUT proof of paying a commercial fee you will be blacklisted and I may pursue some way to get fair treatment - this can be as simple as paying a larger commercial fee to take into account the initial issue, but can escalate per scenario. When you commission me, you also allow me to put the commission in my portfolio and use it as examples for commissions. I will NOT sell any of my commissioned work (for example making stickers of your commission to then sell them). If you want the commission to be private for a period, for example if you are a vtuber and want your commissioned art to be hidden until your debut, you may request this. You just have to give me a set date for me to be allowed to post the art publicly, I reccomend setting this PAST the date you expect things to be done to where the art can be publicized. When posting my art to your account, please credit me. This can be as simple as adding "Art by @noparticulus" or "🎨: @noparticulus", etc. As long as the viewer can easily tell where the work came from, that is fine.My art is NOT permitted to be used to train AI in any way. It cannot be used as a ControlNet, it cannot be made into a LORA, nothing. Do not use my art for AI in any way, doing so will result in immediate blacklisting and a public warning to other artists.
If something is unclear or not listed here, feel free to ask! It could be useful in helping me update this page.
WILL DO
- Humanoids/Humans- Ship Art (Excludes any adult/minor ships and incestuous ships; Tricking me into drawing these things will result in immediate blacklisting)- Blood/Mild Gore- OCs (OCs that do not belong to you must have proof of permission to commission - In the case of gifts, I would like some proof of a RECENT positive relationship, and I do not take responsibility for people purposefully lying to me.)- POC (I do struggle with black hair styles at times. With this I allow an edit limit exception. Even if you need me to edit the hair a million times, I'd rather get it right than make you deal with an unsatisfactory piece because of an editing fee. This ONLY applies to the hair, and any other race-related features.)IFFY/COMM WITH CAUTION
- Anthros (I need to procure more examples and practice with anthros at the moment! I'm willing to do some commissions with anthros, but please bear with me on the process.)- Simple Mechs/Mechanical Limbs (For the same reason as anthros.)- Canon Characters (Characters from an existing piece of media. I may not do certain characters if I feel it is not appropriate - I will likely not deny a commission simply because I dislike a piece of media. I will have further reasoning.)WON'T DO
- NSFW (I am an adult and not uncomfortable with NSFW, however I do not have a proper NSFW side account and am not confident in drawing NSFW.)- Fetish Work (If you commission me to make undisclosed fetish work, it will result in blacklisting. I once again am not uncomfortable with doing this kind of work, but I'm inexperienced and have no NSFW side account to put such work.)- Extreme Gore (For the same reason as NSFW.)- Heavy Mechs (For example Transformers.)- Hateful or Political Art (It doesn't matter if I agree with said political view.)
